This web site is owned and operated by Melbourne Laser & Skin Clinic PTY LTD and will be referred to as “we”, “our” and “us” in this Terms of Use policy. By using this site, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of this website (‘the website’), which is set out on this web site page.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.

  • On the day cancellation – a full fee equal to 30% of the booking will be charged or a treatment will be removed from your package.

  • No notice given/No Show – a full fee equal to 30% of the booking will be charged or a treatment will be removed from your package

  • We do not offer Refunds for change of mind or wish to discontinue future treatments in promotional packages as there is no expiry date.

  • Full payment must be paid at time of booking for any promotional offers.

  • Treatments and services are non-transferable to other treatments and individuals.

  • Under Australian consumer law refunds or exchanges may be granted where there is major fault/problem. Fees may apply.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

At our discretion, promotional prices will be offered on selected treatments. The following terms and conditions apply to promotional purchases:

  • Promotions are valid for a limited time only and can only be purchased during this time period and no extensions will be granted;

  • If you have been quoted a price during a promotional period and choose not to accept, we reserve the right not to honour that quote once it has expired;

  • Promotional items adhere to our cancellation & refund policy

  • Promotions which include multiple treatment/s or area/s must be redeemed together and cannot be split up;

  • Discounted pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer or promotional pricing

  • Please choose carefully as we do not refund or transfer/exchange services or products purchased at promotional or full rates as per our cancellation and refund policy;

  • Minimum purchase of 6 of the same area as we offer no expiry time on packages.

REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM

Clients are eligible to receive a $50 credit for each family or friend that they refer to us. To receive your referral credit, the person must provide your full name at their initial consultation by writing it down on our consent forms. If not mentioned at their first visit you are ineligible for the referral credit.

The credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, retail products or cosmetic injectables.
